Program Development & Evaluation Analyst

SAUDI GEOPHYSICAL CONSULTING OFFICE (A Sole Proprietorship) is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Development department as a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst.

As a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing programs, as well as developing new programs to support the growth and success of our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify program needs, design effective solutions, and measure the impact of our programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze existing programs to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop new programs to address organizational needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design program solutions
  • Create evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness
  • Collect and analyze data to assess program impact
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in program development and evaluation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in program development and evaluation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
