Job Description: Material Expeditor

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Material Expeditor at SAUDI GEOPHYSICAL CONSULTING OFFICE (A Sole Proprietorship) in the Development department.

As a Material Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and supplies needed for various projects. Your main duties will include coordinating with suppliers, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records of inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure they arrive on schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and update as needed
  • Communicate with internal teams to understand material requirements for ongoing projects
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery of materials
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
